“I was traveling home to NJ from Maryland when I suddenly heard a loud rattling from the front of the car, just as I crossed into Delaware. I found Integrity Auto Repair on Google Maps and drove there. Despite that they seemed busy, they got me right in. A mechanic test drove my car, pulled it into the shop and, through meticulous work, found the problem. They had me on my way home in no time, and for a very fair price for their work. “If I could give 10 stars, I would. Raul is the most qualified no nonsense mechanic I have ever come across. He is honest and very reliable in terms of providing high quality service. We now take all of our cars to him. He even fixed an issue that was caused by dodge dealer repair service on rt 13. This guy knows what he's doing, and his prices are very reasonable. “If finding a reliable mechanic is like playing the lottery then Fairwinds Auto is hitting the jackpot. I am a member of Porsche Delaware. I only state that because with the “membership” comes multiple recommendations of which indy mechanics are the best. I unfortunately took in one too many recommendations and tried another shop before finding Fairwinds. I can tell you my experience with Fairwinds was night and day in comparison to any other. On the first call, the front of the house manager, Glen, was laid back yet extremely knowledgeable. His demeanor was very assuring that they knew exactly what I was asking and could help. Speaking later to the owner Will made it very clear these guys were pros. In the best way possible, I feel as though Fairwinds is a no frills mechanics mechanic. They are genuinely passionate about what they do, legitimately wrenching on 911s far beyond my dreams, and doing it all while being some of the most down to earth enthusiasts I have encountered. Will, Glen, and his team have helped me with multiple service and esthetic enhancements to my Porsche. My history with them has shown them to be honest, reliable, and down to earth. I would recommend Will and his team to my mother at this point let alone a friend or fellow Porsche enthusiast. I have done PPIs when buying Porsches out of town and tried other Indy mechanics locally. “If you are looking for a great mechanic AAMCO on 819 Pulaski highway Bear De. Us the place. I had a problem with my transmission and they fixed the problem, and helped us with a payment plan after Car Shield denied my coverage. Had to take my car back to him because a rear break light problem I've been having and no one else could seem to find the problem. AAMCO mechanics found the problem in 15 minutes and they didn't charge me.”

“This Pep Boys location has excellent customer service and qualified technicians. Ra'Qwan and Taylor were easy to work with during my service after purchasing 4 new tires, an alignment and brake pad installation. During the service my rear left caliber seized and wouldn't compress. After Taylor called multiple part suppliers we were unable to locate an aftermarket solution. Fortunately for me, Ra'Qwan had the skillset/knowledge necessary to resolve the unique occurrence. Both of these employees should be valued by Pep Boys and I appreciate their insight, approaches, and abilities in problem solving to finish the different services.I am thankful and will be a returning customer.”
