“HRO in general is awesome. And Harry was the man at New Castle. He was always polite always welcoming and so so helpful. He had to leave for a personal issue and since then I have been dealing with random sales people all of them seem very smart. Sometimes a bit awkward asking a question because they don't seem very receptive to questions and not very enthusiastic. Maybe I got spoiled with Harry. If I can give one piece of advice : bring Enthusiasm into your client interactions. Everything else will fall into place.”

“First, let me say what an impressive store this is. The selection and organization is just incredible. More importantly, the care for customer service is second to none. I came in with a return that was a little more difficult than expected- which was completely my fault- and Rich was extremely kind and helpful. He helped me process my exchange, and walked me through another purchase, making recommendations and even offering to show me how to use some of the equipment, as I’m also just getting into the new hobby. I can’t recommend this place enough. I will continue to drive over from New Jersey to buy from this store because I was that impressed by Rich and his shop.”
