“I earned my first amateur radio license about 9 months ago. HRO is my preferred choice. I have come to trust that they have reputable products, service is great if there is an issue, and the pricing is as good as a person can do. But this store amazes me because I can order something at mid-day in PA and it arrives from DE the very next day. Most of my items have had free standard shipping because I met the minimum. Incredible one day delivery time is what compelled me to leave this review for this store. Seldom do I need anything on short notice, but I love good service in a larger world that often doesn't seem to care.”

“Of course it's around Christmas time so stores suffer in appearance and staff available. So inwill not complain abt it. Michael's had what I needed and couldn't find anywhere else. Unfortunately the price was higher her than where I initially went but the advantage was Michael's having it in stock. Do you have price match? That would be nice”

People who are reading my review, I want to let them know that the owner or the person working for them is the best. 2 days back, one of my Doordash orders got messed up for pick up, and around 8 pm rainy night, I reached this store's door. The person who was there not only talked with me but also helped me by calling the restaurant and asking about my food order. Thank you so much for the help. I have never seen anyone who helped any stranger like this. I will always remember your hospitality.”

“Honestly don’t know how to describe what I saw today. I normally go into this store once a week, always greeted with a friendly welcome and asked if I need help. Sometimes they are busy, but the second they free up they help me with something if I need it. Today was a very interesting day, I could tell one of the workers was new, as one of them was explaining how to do certain things, but I had no issues with them. My issues are with these 2 customers that were in the store, the one employee, who was more experienced and that, was trying to explain how everything worked and was going in depth about the return policy or a warranty policy, but the 2 customers were not having it and were continually yelling at him for not being able to break away from the company’s policy for them. I feel really bad for the workers as they didn’t deserve that kind of treatment, but the best thing is that once those customers finally left, everyone else in the store was happy when they did, the employees wiped their faces clean, and helped us with a smile on their face and answering questions with the best knowledge they could. They honestly deserve better, especially for how helpful they are, after watching them and listening to them during that exchange, I just had to leave this review on how good they are.”

“Great selection on RC cars, trucks and parts. Wide selection of models and other items for a pretty large age range. Friendly Staff but the prices are a little high. Easy to give 5 stars if pricing was a little lower as They do a great job with everything else!”
