These were going to be our first Rolex watches and wedding watches at that, and she was very sympathetic at our tight timeline on getting these watches. We were searching for our pair for a couple months and met many people along the way but Hilda was the most efficient and kindest sales associate we had the pleasure to meet. She was also meticulous in asking our preference for other watches and gave us helpful tips on staying in touch. This is the only boutique we would wholeheartedly recommend.”

“Fast-Fix staff not only quickly replaced the battery in my watch, they informed me I did not need to resize my ring. The ring only needed to be rounded again, which they did, and then they cleaned it. And both watch services were without charges! I will be back because honestly is the best policy!”

“Highly recommend! I have not had my wedding rings re dipped in 5+ years because I didn’t want them send out and didn’t want to be without them for too long. I called Del Haven on Friday morning to confirm they dip in house and to ask how long it would take, they told me yes and probably around 4 days. I dropped my rings off Friday morning and got a call back Fridays afternoon saying they were ready for pickup! I was absolutely shocked they were ready, I picked them up Saturday morning and they looked amazing! I will be using them going forward for any jewelry needs I have! Thank you!!!”

What I love is they don’t follow you around the store making you uncomfortable like the hair store down the riverfront. “A surprisingly well-stocked antique mall and notably crowded on our visit. Merchandise includes antiques, collectibles, and ephemera. Store has a peculiar aisle layout that seems to work, but makes for distance to the counter for locked showcase help. Staff member was particularly helpful in pointing out like items in a different location. The clientele was a bit different than expected and included young parents with kids. Most of the prices seemed reasonable though several of the glass cases with better quality items exhibited over-the-top expectations.”

“Haven't been in one of these in ages and the wife suggested we take a look. Used to go here all the time looking for snarky birthday cards and other gag gifts. Place has changed a bit: yes, the lava lamps were still there and they had some nice anime goods. The back of the store was interesting. Lots of um, toys and lotions and let's say this isn't a good place to take the kids. At any rate, if you're looking for something unusual, stop here first. Fun note: when we went, they were asking for donations to send to the ACLU to help them fight all of the trans bans. We donated. They bring out a cowbell then sent us to the Pride flag to sign it. Good experience.”
