Hearts was great to us when we came to buy a new bed just what we needed

1st of all, our last big purchase in person, at Mattress Firm, was in Nov. 2010 for a King bed.
Now, in Nov. 2025 we are a disabled retired couple who have a hard time getting out to shop for anything.. I took a chance made a phone call to try store. I wanted to buy my husband an new electric bed with almost all the bells and whistles. Adrien, a sales assoc. Took my call, took my needs into her hands and gathered 3 different quotes for us.
In the end, I purchased the middle model the Deluxe Base. Delivery happens this Tues.
Hats off to Adrien... Job well done'

Salesman was very helpful and listened to what I wanted. He took his time with me telling me about the different mattresses. He even went out of his way and got me a step ladder because I'm so short and therefore couldn't get on the mattress to lay on it to see how it felt when I laid down on my side. He didn't rush me.

Worked with Frank! He was amazing! He helped me get a king size mattress AND adjustable base all at a price I could afford! I definitely recommend him to anyone looking to purchase in the Delaware area. I went to the Bear location on Pulaski Hwy. Definitely a 10/10 experience!

Francisco was GREAT!! He got us a fantastic deal on our Purple Rejuvenate Plus mattress and set up! He saved us a TON (~$1000!!!) as compared to the price at the Purple store at Christiana Mall. Outstanding experience!!

Frank was outstanding. I WAS dreading the mattress replacement; now i wish i had gone sooner. Very friendly, professional and informative. No dread. If you don't get your mattress at the Bear Mattress Firm and are disappointed then call me; so I can say I told you so. Period. Tell the world; or at least your world.

I had a great experience at Mattress Firm. The first day that I went. Frank was patient and informative. I'm a very indecisive person and had to think about my purchase. I went back to this store because of the customer service. The day I actually made my purchase, Frank and Harts were both there and there experience in the business is beneficial to this store. Great customer service. If you want to purchase a mattress and also interact with people that are experts, these are the guys whom you want to go see.
