“We purchased the xl heavy duty cat tree and it did not disappoint. We have had it for a few months now and our cats love it. It is sturdy and strong and holds up to our big boys. My one cat has already managed to tear a little bit of the carpet from the ladder leading up to the bed but I would rather he tear up his tree then my furniture or house. Love it and recommend.”

“Staff is super helpful. I brought my cats in as I could not figure out harness that animal emotional support sent me. They sent me small dog instead of small cat. The staff fit proper harnesses & leashes to both my cats. My cats have never been upstairs. I need to find out how to train them to walk on the leashes. But the harnesses are on so I am halfway there.”

Still have a stray cat that caused a commotion outside the store doors, and when my husband and I decided to adopt him, the manager on duty came out with a bag of toys, treats, food and other supplies. Free of charge she said. This was over 10 years ago and I still think about it.”
“The staff was very friendly to us and our puppy, Cooper. My dog has a wood chewing problem which includes our fence and shed! The store clerk recommended a spray to deter and train him. He was knowledgeable about the product and explained the 100% return policy if it didn't work.”

“The manager at this location is top notch when it comes to customer service. I appreciate him special ordering a food that my cats will only eat so I don't run out. He said he would order me a bunch of bags of it and hold it for me in the back and he did. Great customer service. Thank you!”
