I needed to send some letters and I loved that you could drive up to the mailboxes. They don't have drive up mailboxes at every post office. So I especially loved this fact. I will return. “This is a small post office, so it might be short-staffed sometimes, and there are larger units nearby. However, if you time your visit to beat the last-minute-to-closing rush, you probably won't have to wait in line. If you have prepaid packages to drop off, they've got a bin for that: drop & go. Need a receipt? Ring the bell for a clerk. Check out the impressive collection of solar-powered wiggle toys behind the counter!”

“I typically don't write reviews but when I was looking for a nearby post office, I saw this location. I was nervous to go due to all of the horrible reviews, but it was a convenient location. I rarely go to the post office and when I do, it's for something simple like mailing a large envelope or buying stamps - this time I brought holiday gifts to ship. I found a box that was the perfect size, I put it together, filled it up, then went in line to ask if I needed to seal it up any particular way. The employee helped me put the box together in a safer way and get it taped up. She also provided me with a shipping label and a pen and gave me space on the counter to assemble everything. I'm sure I looked like a total idiot but she helped me and didn't make me feel stupid. I'm super grateful that such a nice person was working there.”

“Service has greatly improved now that the lady who used to work at the Deepwater Branch is at the counter. How refreshing it is to just come in and set down my prepaid packages to scan and get a drop off receipt. No more dirty looks as soon as I walk in. No more lectures about the kind of packaging I use or if one tiny spot of tape isnt smooth. Amazing how hundreds if e commerce customers have never once complained about my packages being unsecured upon arrival. No more nasty, curt replies if I have any additional questions. No more witnessing other customers being spoken to in rude, condescending ways as I wait in line. Now the newer staff and the nice lady that recently transferred take my package, circle the survey, and wish me a good day. Going to the post office isnt an ordeal anymore.”

“I called about a package being missing or lost after receiving a message stating it was delivered and everyone i spoke to helped in the process to make sure I got my package. John, thank you so much for caring about my package and escalating it to your supervisor Lacy(Lissette), sorry if I got that wrong lol. You were extremely helpful as well and was able to contact the carrier (driver) Derek who was so kind and generous! Not only did he remember my name, he retrieved my package and hand delivered to my door my next package after to ensure I got it. I am so grateful for you all! Great team! ? Thank you so much!! I hope each person mentioned is notified and acknowledged.”
