“I had to move back to the area unexpectedly due to hurricane Helene. In doing so I had to relocate my business as well. I am a wedding and event planner. I was able to get in with a wedding expo last minute. I reached out to AlphaGraphics to see if there was anything they could print for me to take to my expo. They printed brochures and a business sign for me within 24 hours and also worked with my budget. I was a bit nervous going to pick the products up because I didn’t expect the highest quality with them printing it so quickly. However, their printing quality was a lot better than what I usually get on Vistaprint, Canva, or Zazzle. I Was extremely impressed. “Every time I visit, the staff is incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help.
Even though it’s a busy store, they do a great job keeping things moving and making sure no one waits in line for long.
The Amazon return process is super easy, they even have two self-service stations, but a staff member is always happy to help if needed.
Their commitment to customer service really stands out and anyone who says otherwise should really reevaluate themselves!
