“We had a great visit. Unlike some Vets, they seem to space their appointments appropriately so you’re not in the waiting room for more than a few minutes. It doesn’t affect me, but I like that cats and dogs have separate waiting areas.
Staff was friendly and took time to listen to concerns. I totally trust Dr. Teri and appreciate her honest opinions. I know she is only going to recommend what my dog needs.
They take extra care with frightened dogs, like mine, by giving treats and redirecting their attention during stressful procedures. Highly recommend.”

Dr. Brady is always so helpful and caring and understands how stressful vet visits can be. All the vet techs are wonderful as well. Cannot say enough good things about animal haven! “My Service Dog, Blue, and I are here from Arizona visiting family & this was her first big adventure away from home ever in her 4 years... and she ends up getting a UTI. Dr Rosario & her team were absolutely amazing! They treated Blue with respect and dignity, going above and beyond to make her feel comfortable & calm even with her being very anxious thinking she was gonna see a needle or something ouchy like that. Treats, calm talking and positive body language helped her feel more at ease to the point that she not only allowed the exam and testing, but even let her nails be ground down a bit so her booties fit better with all this crazy cold white stuff on the ground that we don't have in Phoenix. I am very impressed with the professional and personable service that was provided us, and thankful to be able to be seen the same day with meds to get her better so that she can enjoy her stay in Delaware visiting Mommom & Poppop for the first time. 10/10 - would highly recommend!”
