“Best banking experience you’ll ever have !!! I’m a 62 year old retired man that is moving to Ocean City very soon. I needed both a local bank and a more National bank. Working with the staff at Farmers Bank of Williards was the best decision I’ve made since I decided to live in Ocean City. The banks employees are incredibly friendly. Neli , Kathy and Sarah all know my name after just a few visits. Although I need the larger bank, I promise you most of my money will be in the Farmers Bank of Williards, because they truly care about their customers !!!!”

“Tidemark Federal Credit Union, in Long Neck Delaware, has an exceptional employee named Georgina.
I had an issue with a credit card being denied January 2, 2025.
Upon entering Tidemark, Georgina met me with a cherry “Hello” then proceeded to listen to my problem.
The resolution needed a managers decision so she contacted one right away.
The whole process took approximately 30 minutes to resolve and Georgina made trips over to where I was sitting to keep me updated on the status of the issue.
She was very professional and friendly.
I thank Tidemark and Georgina for handling an uncomfortable situation with Grace.”

“04/23/2019 The PNC branch at 1 West Church Street "WITHIN" the town of Selbyville, DE 19975 has been CLOSED for over a year. However there still is n outside cash machine which is owned by an outside vendor (not PNC/ I called PNC) and as of yesterday 04/22/2019 is still working.The Town of Selbyville has been moving their offices inside the old Baltimore Trust bank building. The 31231 American Parkway PNC branch (Harris Teeter branch) is OPEN for business as usual.”

“I see a lot of reviews on here about the staff being rude. Personally, after over a decade, I haven't had a bad experience yet, account service related or otherwise. However, I have seen people in bad moods come into the bank already upset, allowing any small inconvenience to set them off on an employee. Many such cases.
For practical purposes, Fulton in Ocean View is my local bank. I know the people who work there, and they know me. It's not perfect by any means, nothing is ever perfect, but I know the people who work there really care about the quality of their work. I trust them to handle my checking accounts, and I think other people should too, newcomers and locals.”
“I've had 4 in bank experiences and all were top notch service. Approach an employee with kindness and undertanding that things happen on the back end that are out of their control, or things happen that might be the customer's oversight, and they are more than willing to help. Approach with anger and being a Karen, what else do you expect?”
“Could it be that people who wrote "negative" reviews of the Millville M&T location , have the wrong M&T bank ""OR"" the wrong location altogether...?!?!? The staff at the Millville location are absolutely WONDERFUL people..! They are courteous, knowledgeable, and ALWAYS very helpful..! It is an absolute joy to bank at the M&T Millville branch. Paula, Anita, Cyndi, Tom, Souzan and manager Shani (to mention a few that we have dealt with) ALL receive 7 stars ( with 5 being the highest )...! We have had the need to visit this location quite a few times for various reasons over the last 3 years, and EVERY SINGLE TIME, our questions, issues, and non issues were handled promptly and professionally. The ladies that staff the drive thru, are ALWAYS friendly. This all being said, I have NO IDEA how a negative review could even be written about the staff in Millville. I encourage ANYONE looking for a bank down in this area, to look to this location to meet your banking needs. I wish the folks at the Town Center M&T location continued success, and want you all to know that we sincerely appreciate each and everyone of you...!!”
