“We do not live full time in Delaware and when my mom asked us to see her house, we were unprepared, but committed to make it happen quickly. My husband has residential real estate experience in NY and interviewed 3 agents. While all were well qualified, Christine McCoy was able to assuage our anxiety and provide exactly what we needed. She has significant business acumen and it shows in how her group works. She walked through the house with us and gave us a few pointers on making it more palatable to the current market without recommending expensive or time consuming changes. Pictures and advertising came next and there was a great deal of traffic on the real estate websites. More importantly, she is well connected in the area network and was able to recommend assistance for clearing out the house and terminal cleaning as well as assistance in repairs necessary following the inspection. Each of the recommendations were qualified, prompt and reasonably priced. She explained her recommended pricing for the home and was patient as our family made the final decision. Christine advised us on timing should a decrease in pricing be necessary, and also provided the upside to accepting the offer we ultimately chose. She and her team were available to answer questions and provide their expertise via text, email and phone. The house sold quickly and closed. We could not have done it as quickly or as well without her and her team’s expert advice and support. She has our unqualified recommendation.”

“It is very rare that I write a review about anything, but when someone goes above and beyond the call of duty, they deserve to be recognized. Ann Baker is a realtor that goes well beyond the duties of a standard realtor. My wife and I bought a condo in Sea Colony, and as we live out of state, it was very difficult to coordinate visits and such. Ann provided timely videos of the properties with her feedback of every little detail — her knowledge base within the Sea Colony community, specifically, is unprecedented. She was also instrumental in quarterbacking referrals to lenders, electricians, painters, pest control, you name it. She even hand held us through the process of getting our homeowners badges and registered with the condo office. As if all of this wasn’t enough, after we closed on the property, (and the work of a standard Realtor has now concluded) she volunteered to go to the condo multiple times to help move packages in that we ahead orders and meet contractors there since my wife and I could not as we are out of state. I couldn’t recommend Ann more!”
