“Great Christmas week in Rehoboth with the house very well set up with an excellent insulated sunroom with a view of the ocean . Propane fireplace a nice touch. 5 bedrooms accommodated our family well. Downstairs 4 bedrooms were roomy. Be aware 2 of the rooms have singles and one a trundle but great that 2 of them had private baths the others shared a bathroom.Upstairs lots of room for sitting and the kitchen was well stocked. The upstairs master bedroom was a king. An added plus was a couple bedrooms had large closets which actually accommodated a crib.The layout was great! New appliances of frig, microwave and dishwasher were nice!! Could use a rug in the main living area. Outside bbq grill similar to a state park grill. It worked with charcoal. Nice grassy back yard . Also 4 sand chairs supplied and an umbrella stroller was appreciated.I did give a heads up To the realtor that it was not completely clean upon arrival. Old used soap in 2 of the bathrooms and toilets signs were used without cleaning. Bathtub has sand in it. Crumbs under the dining table. It was Christmas Eve so we did not call as we did not want to inconvenience anyone. Reason for 4 stars instead of 5.Except for that I would highly I recommend this rental!! Great location and ambiance! Thank you to Trevor who made renting this easy and the check in flawless. See you in the summer!”
