“It is very rare that I write a review about anything, but when someone goes above and beyond the call of duty, they deserve to be recognized. Ann Baker is a realtor that goes well beyond the duties of a standard realtor. My wife and I bought a condo in Sea Colony, and as we live out of state, it was very difficult to coordinate visits and such. Ann provided timely videos of the properties with her feedback of every little detail — her knowledge base within the Sea Colony community, specifically, is unprecedented. She was also instrumental in quarterbacking referrals to lenders, electricians, painters, pest control, you name it. She even hand held us through the process of getting our homeowners badges and registered with the condo office. As if all of this wasn’t enough, after we closed on the property, (and the work of a standard Realtor has now concluded) she volunteered to go to the condo multiple times to help move packages in that we ahead orders and meet contractors there since my wife and I could not as we are out of state. I couldn’t recommend Ann more!”

I didn’t even end up staying at one of their properties, yet they treated me like I’d been a loyal customer for 20 years.
My family had accidentally booked a rental that wasn’t suitable for the vacation we had planned with my in-laws, both of whom are dealing with serious health issues. We realized we couldn’t safely accommodate everyone, and VRBO wasn’t allowing us to cancel or receive a refund even though we’d made the reservation earlier that same day.
I reached out to Steve, and despite it being 9:00 at night, he called me back immediately. He not only took the time to console my tearful wife refunded our money and that allowed us to book a home that worked for us —even though it wasn’t through his company.
That level of compassion, integrity, and customer service is incredibly rare. If they were willing to go this far for someone who wasn’t even going to be a customer, I can only imagine how well they take care of the people who do stay with them.
