Had the work done quickly and at a reasonable price. Even took care of an issue that popped up a week later that wasn’t their fault. Sent my wife in a few weeks later and got new tires for her van too. Good prices, great service and very trustworthy. Integrity is the only place I will go for tires, wheels or suspension work.”

“Went there for complete engine failure. They tried so hard to work with my warranty company. In the end I had to take it to the dealer for repair. But they told me if the warranty company approved it, it would of been done in 3 days! They were very kind to work with. “I was travelling to Dover Raceway when we hit a big pot hole causing a short in the ABS system . I asked a local who referred me to this shop. I walked in the door and was greeted with smiles and they immediately told me they would look at my truck and Adam read the codes and took it for a test ride. He found a broken wire and was able to make the repair and I was on my way with everything working properly. I would highly recommend this shop they were professional and friendly !!”

“Been in Dover for almost 7yrs, I’ve been to a few different shop with a few disappointments weather it be service not being right or money jst being crazy amounts. Than I gave Melvin’s a try. Most people don’t care about this but it’s key for me. Honesty….. they are upfront with you from the gate. There pricing is fair on both you and them. There work is great. I have an old truck (86) and there was an annoying as all get out n they didn’t stop till they found it. If you’re looking for a respectful shop this is the place.”

“Chris and the other mechanic also named Chris that I met and that helped me were both very helpful and down to earth. While the service was a little expensive for my truck (go figure, my whole suspension was in desperate need of repair), I'm grateful I was able to get my truck fixed at a reasonable time and they were very flexible with my busy schedule. Chris also did a good job communicating everything to me and walked me through the process which I found really helpful. If you're willing to be patient, flexible, and inquisitive, RPM is a good choice. Even with one of the parts being faulty that they replaced, they were quick to understand and get my truck back in the shop to fix it up as quickly as possible which I was also every grateful for.”

She has always made me feel like a priority and worked with us in hard times as we all know fuel isn't getting any cheaper!! Best price around. I spoke to a gentleman recently that said he paid over $6 per gallon when I had paid about $5.79. every penny saved counts when your paying per gallon it adds up. “On Monday, November 3rd, 2025, I finally decided to take the long-dreaded trip to the dealership to see what I could qualify for. After dealing with multiple other dealerships who showed little care, made no effort, or simply never called me back because of my credit situation, I honestly didn’t know what to expect walking in.
