“Female friendly! After getting a nail in my tire I called to get quotes for a new tire or a patch. They gave me the best quote out of all of the tire shops in Dover. They had me back on the road within an hour and they were very kind and explained everything. A lot of shops will take advantage of women if they are clueless and alone but they were open and honest through the whole process. This is the only place in Dover I trust to bring my vehicle other than Price Honda. Shout out Furrs!!”

“Went in for an oil change, tire rotation etc. Dealt with a very on the ball, super nice, energetic lady named Cynthia at the Dover DE service counter. She was amazing! Explained everything very well and she kept me updated as far as where the technician was at with my car. Sat in their lounge and enjoyed a nice cup of complimentary tea while waiting. “Absolutely satisfied with my experience DAG (Dover), First with the Pricing, I originally setup an appointment with safelite but due to 2 weeks of severe cold weather causing issues with installing glas outdoors (mobile service) they kept cancelling on me which I dont fault safelite for but i needed to get my windshield done for inspection so I contacted DAG and to my surprise, they beat out safelites quote by over $120...So I made my appointment with DAG instead, I had my daughter with me because she had no school this day, and I had my appointment at 10am and I was fully expecting to be there for atleast 2-3hrs or more but they knocked it out in 1hr and did a great job to, I was worried that my trim and windshield cowling plastics would be damaged because its old brittle plastic but they made it seem like nothing was touched and like it was all still factory.
Definitely would recommend these guys if your in need of glass repairs/installation.”

“I originally brought my vehicle in because the transmission was shifting bad. Another transmission shop in Middletown told me I needed a new transmission, even though it had recently been replaced with a used one by a different shop.
When I took it to World Transmission, they diagnosed the real issue; it was simply low on transmission fluid. After topping it off, the shifting problem disappeared completely.
I'm still giving them 5 stars because they were honest, knowledgeable, and fixed the problem without trying to sell me an unnecessary transmission. They've also completed other work for me since, and every experience has been excellent. If I could give them 6 stars, I would. I highly recommend them for their integrity and quality service.”

“I worked with Kent County Motors to place an order for a very specific Yukon XL build. Specifically, I worked with Jaxson, and right from the start he was very clear that they were there to ensure that I would get the exact vehicle that I wanted. We were able to work on a good purchase price that was right in line with that of dozens of dealerships that I had spoken with all across the entire nation. The difference between those dealerships and Kent County Motors and Jaxson was that they were prompt, professional, transparent and ready to make things happen! Once we agreed on the purchase price I quickly received a purchase order from them and I placed a deposit to get the vehicle order underway!
Close to the 3 month mark, the vehicle had arrived and I went in to pick it up! Once I walked in to finalize the purchase it took less than two hours from start to finish! I am hoping it will be a while before we are looking at getting another vehicle, but next time we are I will likely be reaching out to Kent county motors again!”

“Such a nice person to do business with I stopped to get 2 tires changed on my car and it was only like 25degrees outside and even though I came dressed for the weather as soon as I got out of my car to wait he stopped what he was doing and not only grabbed me a chair but also turned on his small shop heater to help keep warm :) this gentleman really cares about his customers and I will definitely always get my tires changed at this location”

“Purchased a Certified Pre-Owned 2024 CX-5 Turbo Premium from out of state. The staff at Hertrich Capitol Mazda handled the whole transaction by phone, and even picked me up at the bus stop (I came from NY by train and bus to pick up the car and drive it home). They also handled a minor cosmetic issue in a fair and quick way. Sven and Nesh handled the sale and paperwork very nicely. I’d certainly recommend this Mazda dealership.”
“I am writing this late but I had to make sure I left an amazing review for these guys !! They helped me about a month ago when my car wouldn’t start! I ended up needing a lot of stuff fixed but these guys did an absolutely amazing job and we’re so kind to me !! It was the first time I didn’t feel taken advantage of by a mechanic! They stayed on the phone for hours with my extended warranty to make sure I got the best deal possible! This meant a lot to me because I am a medical student on the struggle ! Now it has been a month and my car is running fabulous!! I fully trust these guys with my car and highly recommend them! They do amazing work !! “I have been going to Burkes for years. They always have my tire size and always provide excellent service. The customer service is always pleasant and Ben is always helpful. Every time I go there I have a pleasant experience. I needed 4 new tired put on. I had the tires and just needed them on…I pulled up at 430pm and they had those tires on before 5pm. Even though Ben cried the whole time about how it would take an hour (he told me to say that). Lol. He didn’t cry he put them on and I was out the drive way in no time. At a very reasonable rate. They are very informative and always answer the questions I have about the process they are doing. I will always go there. Happy Forever Customer!!!!”
