“Shore United Bank in Dover is just awesome. Every time I walk in, they greet me by name and with a big smile. It doesn’t feel like I’m at a bank, rather it feels like I’m catching up with friends. The people here actually take the time to help you, answer your questions, and make sure you understand everything without rushing you. You’re not just another account number, and that’s hard to find these days. I’ve used big banks before, and the difference is huge, here it’s personal, friendly, and they really care about the community. I’m so glad I switched to Shore United Bank, and I honestly wouldn’t want to bank anywhere else for my business.”

“The associates at the Camden branch are very helpful, friendly, and conscientious to all my banking needs! I love coming there and being greeted by a warm smile from everyone. One suggestion I may add if you can close the bank either 5 or 6 pm is a good time, also an ATM machine that reads cash or checks would help me with my deposits if I'm in a hurry. Thank you.”

“I had tried to open a joint savings acct at Wells Fargo online. It said I could only open an individual, not joint acct. Tried to open the individual acct - entered all data asked for, but it said I was missing data (without telling me what was missing) and that I would have to make an appt and come in. I called to make an appt and my call never got answered.Went online to Citizens - opened a joint acct easily. At one point I hit a back arrow and lost all data I'd entered!! I called and got helped by Burgess Bent, who was able to retrieve my data, and stayed online until my acct was established, and showed great patience with me.Added bonus - TWO nearby locations vs one for Wells Fargo if I need to go in person.”

“First State Vape went above and beyond for me. Personally delivering to me my new eGo AIO Pro starter kit. Due to some health issues I was unable to go out and get what I needed. They delivered to me my stater kit and not only that because I'm a beginner and want to quick smoking cigarettes took the time out to show me how it all works! They continued to be very professional as I started getting a little frustrated. They held their composure and respectfully help me get an understanding. There names were Tanya and DJ. “Went to the Dover AFB branch due to my debt card was compromised over the weekend. Staff was quick and responsive to my needs and got me a new card in under 10 minutes. “I had a great experience working with [ Alson HollingsW ], the branch manager . My account was suspended No one ever informed me the results why the suspension happened, i stop at multiple pnc no one was able to help me with it, Until I met *Alison* From the moment i explained to her what was going on she said she was going to do something about it, the next day pnc reached out to me multiple times a day. Until they removed the suspension and she did got me reopened ? she’s knowledgeable, and genuinely interested in helping others. She took the time to clearly, answered all my questions, and made sure I was completely reopened and use the bank. It’s rare to find someone so professional and personable at the same time. They, locally and corporate, have saved us 3 times or more from fraudulent activities from scammers, etc. They even called me on one occasion and told me a transaction didn't look good and it wasn't. They immediately wiped out the transaction. We will never leave this bank. 5 Stars *****”

Kat and her team went out of their way to get things set up for me and showed me how to use the ATM’s cash deposit feature— really nice for immediate access to funds.The following day, Kat followed up with me by telephone to ensure the problem was resolved.
