“We stopped in to look at the selection of toilets that Lowe's has in stock. While we were comparing the different ones, Sales Associate Ray in Plumbing walked down the aisle and asked if he could help us. Normally, you have to chase an associate down for help, but not the case with Ray. He was extremely helpful and took the time to explain the different models to us. He also, with the assistance of another older associate, loaded the new toilet into our vehicle after just having spinal surgery late last year. WOW!!!
We were so impressed by Ray's helpfulness and genuinely friendly demeanor that we had to write this review to give Ray the Kudos he well deserved. The younger generation of associates could learn a great deal from Ray's professionalism, strong work ethic, and excellent people skills. Thank you, Ray, and God bless you.?”
