WORST LOWES I’VE EVER BEEN TO!! HORRIBLE SERVICE!! Specifically, Bobby. This guy trying to help at the pro desk was a complete waste of time and energy. I’ve been a pro member for over 10 years and you will not honor a pro quote right in front of you?!?! Why do I continue coming here. Learn how to use your computers!! Get more availability on your products! Multiple things could have been done so we wouldn’t have this problem!! I will never come here again after being disrespected like that directly from Bobby. GO TO ANOTHER LOWES OR ANOTHER STORE IF YOU CAN!!

We stopped in to look at the selection of toilets that Lowe's has in stock. While we were comparing the different ones, Sales Associate Ray in Plumbing walked down the aisle and asked if he could help us. Normally, you have to chase an associate down for help, but not the case with Ray. He was extremely helpful and took the time to explain the different models to us. He also, with the assistance of another older associate, loaded the new toilet into our vehicle after just having spinal surgery late last year. WOW!!!
We were so impressed by Ray's helpfulness and genuinely friendly demeanor that we had to write this review to give Ray the Kudos he well deserved. The younger generation of associates could learn a great deal from Ray's professionalism, strong work ethic, and excellent people skills. Thank you, Ray, and God bless you.🙂

I went to Lowe’s to purchase some stone blocks. While loading my cart with the blocks, I stepped backwards and tripped over a cart left in the way full of paving stones. I wrenched my shoulder trying to keep my balance. I asked a customer service manager come over and document what happened in case my injury turned out to be serious. Two customer service representatives came over to where I tripped. They recorded the incident on a little tiny pad. Never asked how I was. Never asked if I needed help with my purchase (knowing I was injured). They acted like…. They just …. Didn’t….care.

Bought a Maytag washer from them. Less than 90 days after I bought it, it stopped working. Called the store. Waited on hold. Was hung up on called back. Finally got a person and then was told there's nothing they could do. They only allow 48 hours for appliance returns.

Went looking for ceiling fans and found quite a few we liked with GREAT prices. Left with a ceiling hugger one with 3 globes ... we are very happy!

Lowes has become a terrible store to deal with if you order anything. We got a runaround 2 years ago on carpet and now they try to deliver washer and dryer totally what we didn't pay for . Driver delivered the wrong ones , not make or color , and was told to deliver them by shipping department and we would take them anyway . Driver told them they were not the correct ones but was told to deliver them anyway . Poor excuses for a store .

They have the product here, but trying to find someone and waiting for help is awful. This Lowe's is so short staffed so the skeleton crew on this Tuesday morning is dismal. I'm watching people moving at a snails pace. The ones actually doing a great job must feel the spiral in productivity.
They should rename this store, Low's.
Update: much better service today. Shawn was a great help in the paint department and things are looking up.
Great job by Angie today in the paint department. There was also a gentleman on the floor. His first initial was D. I didn't see his whole name but he was a tremendous help.

If you call Lowes in Camden Delaware, you can expect to spend an hour on the phone dealing with their automated system first. When the system finally tells you that it's directing you to someone who can help, that department extension woll just keep ringing. No one will answer, and you finally just hang up. Home Depot, here I come from now on!

We went to Lowe's for new countertops and backsplash. If I could give them a 20 out of 10 I would from start to finish. Very professional. If I had a question. The response time was very quick. We are very pleased with how our kitchen turned out. From the employees at Lowe's to the contractors. Everyone was knowledgeable and respectful of our home even when cleaning up after the project was done. I would highly recommend using Lowe's for their countertops and backsplash.
The pictures below. The first one that has an A was our countertops we picked out at Lowe's. 13-87 was the backsplash there's before and after pictures of our kitchen.
