“Very nice store with high-quality clothes and tons of selection as I was looking for a sport coat and found it at dxl and fit perfectly as the gentleman working the store was very knowledgeable and extremely professional and friendly and went above and beyond to accommodate me as he helped me understand the sizes are different then regular stores and ordered a shirt that wasn't in stock for my size I definitely will be back as it's my new favorite store because I usually go too Walmart for clothes but don't last and quality isn't there but found a gem today for my clothing as it's more expensive but will last longer.”

I left my credit card there which actually fell on the floor when I thought I put it in my purse. Patti acted quickly when she found it, and thought enough to look me up in their computer where she was able to locate my phone number. Since I was already on my way home, not close by, she had it overnighted to me. She put a personal note inside the envelope which I thought was above and beyond! She showed me that she cared enough to make sure I got my card which made me feel that she's not just a sales clerk but a kind and caring person! This to me is excellent service!!!”

“I've never been to Boot Barn before and its safe to say i'll be back very soon and often! The visual merchandising of the store is really nice. Theres plenty to choose from. So many cute pieces of womens clothing and accessories. The boot selection is amazing too. There is also a sale section so be sure to check that out.I snagged a full cowhide jacket for under $200 on clearance and got 50% off a pair of clearance jeans!!The fitting rooms are clean and spacious and have large mirrors.Staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. Holly helped me out and she was awesome. Would love if there was a location closer to baltimore!!”

It is more than just browsing it is looking for clothes, but doing so while trying to think of the styles the Gap had when i was much much younger. The store has a much better selection but more importantly the staff greeted me immediately and engaged with me during my whole shopping experience. Everyone was friendly and welcoming.
