“Wright & Simon was the very best choice we could have made for my son's first suit. Leonard Simon took the time to get to know the vision for the suit then got right to work pulling jackets, fabrics, colors, pants and meticulously measuring every angle for precise fit. He recommends that you come in with the shoe you will be wearing so the length of the pant will sit just right. Once the process was complete and we received the suit, it was perfect. He tried it on and no adjustments were needed. He felt good, looked good and we were very happy with the final product. There were no delays or hiccups, no extended waiting time to receive the suit and no extra sales or hassle. It is best to call ahead of time and schedule your visit. He likes to provide each customer with their own time and attention. It is personally handled by him, it is not like a department store where you walk in, browse around for a basic suit then talk to the sales person. The suits are worth every penny and will be in your wardrobe for years to come. I can say that Leonard is terse and abrupt. If you can get past his straight forward way with words and not take his bluntness personal then you'll be fine. He is never disrespectful, takes his time, works with you, shows thoughtfulness and wants to do the best job. He is well known and respected and does excellent work. We would definitely go back again and highly recommend.”

“I was impressed with the level of customer service at the store. Even the security guard went out of their way to assist me. I was looking for items for my fiancé, and everyone in the store was accommodating. It made me feel almost like a celebrity. I would give them a five-star rating. The staff was available to help me pick colors that would match the items I was looking for. I appreciate their assistance, and I will revisit this store. It wasn't too busy so I could get in and out quickly.”
