“Ryder made renting a truck easy for my business. Had a great counter team of Vaughan and Chris. They had me in and back on the road in no more than 30 minutes after my account was set up. Their truck selection was limited due to COVID but they still had multiple options for my business rental. Their service team was quick to make repairs to my lease units as well. Had a great experience with the supervisor and service manager who we very knowledgeable and informative. Would definitely rent for my company from Ryder Wilmington again and would happily lease more truck from them in the future. Not sure why anyone would say they give bad service. Great experience”

“My whole experience with Penske was great. Staff called me a few days and let me know they wouldn't have a van there at that time. He said I could pick it up further away or he could have someone drive it over to the original pickup location. I suggested the lather and told him I'm getting a ride there so I'll get there about 630am. He felt bad I'd have to wait until 9am so he had a staff member drive it over first thing at 7am. I was omw to haul our stuff at about 745am - 8am. New cargo van too. Only had 172 mi on it. Backup camera is awesome. My drop off location also have 24 hour key drop off. LOVED! I dropped it off that same night with tank full. They will charge you $8/gal if you make them do it lolI would for sure rent from Penske again and refer them as well!”

“UhaulAnother great experience with uhaul rental. This time was at the location on 201 Ruth drive in Newark DE. After looking for a trailer and was not able to get any. Only this location was able to have one. Greg the owner/ manager was very professional, friendly and knowledgeable about the services and safety inspection of my hitch. In addition of providing uhaul service they do tent and party rental as well.please be sure to check them out and support their business.”

“I wanted to write a review considering that I have only used uhaul to move my furniture and the trucks are convenient for those moving in a time constraint. The truck I received was a bit big, I was not expecting to be charge $200 to go less than 50miles. My transaction was disputed by the GM Taylor Eskridge , although I did not hassle about the mileage, I was concerned about the fuel fee that I was charged . I would recommend this service at this location, just make sure you have photos on your phone not just through the link evaluations. Contract# 79626382”

“I have been meaning to write this for months. UHAUL the company does nothing to make life easy for the franchise. So expect that, on that end, there could be a problem. HOWEVER I found this location to have the most helpful and fair provider I could hope to find. UHAUL the company set up road blocks every step of the way. Sorry to say I have forgotten the name of the man that owns this location. I have not forgotten how very helpful he was to make sure that we had the truck we needed. Every step of the way he stood with me until I had the truck I needed. He is reasonable and honest. Though I do not think UHAUL represents the same level of customer service as does this business man located near the WAWA on Philly Pike, if you need to rent from them, this gentleman will help navigate the system for you and get you what you need. “Good for giving you're truck away that's sitting right in front of you because you were late and telling you they have nothing else the 10 minutes later tell you a truck is ready saying ok the 1 you originally had held is the 1 they end up giving it to you anyway so I guess they were breaking my stones or no one came for it after they gave it away.
