“I have been meaning to write this for months. UHAUL the company does nothing to make life easy for the franchise. So expect that, on that end, there could be a problem. HOWEVER I found this location to have the most helpful and fair provider I could hope to find. UHAUL the company set up road blocks every step of the way. Sorry to say I have forgotten the name of the man that owns this location. I have not forgotten how very helpful he was to make sure that we had the truck we needed. Every step of the way he stood with me until I had the truck I needed. He is reasonable and honest. Though I do not think UHAUL represents the same level of customer service as does this business man located near the WAWA on Philly Pike, if you need to rent from them, this gentleman will help navigate the system for you and get you what you need. THANK YOU! for going completely out of your way to help me!”

“I wanted to write a review considering that I have only used uhaul to move my furniture and the trucks are convenient for those moving in a time constraint. The truck I received was a bit big, I was not expecting to be charge $200 to go less than 50miles. My transaction was disputed by the GM Taylor Eskridge , although I did not hassle about the mileage, I was concerned about the fuel fee that I was charged . I would recommend this service at this location, just make sure you have photos on your phone not just through the link evaluations. Contract# 79626382”

“Initially, I had a very low expectation upon walking into this establishment (e.g. The management didn't even greet me as he walked out with a fellow customer.) We then proceeded to wait for service, finally served, we had to re-enter our information. With no fault of management but rather an issue with my card, I had to run out to the bank and ultimately had to use another card - This then caused me to be an hour behind than expected. As a courtesy and to no charge, the manager graciously added two extra hours onto my trip and gave me an extra window to return the truck on time, which worked out perfectly as I've just made it. But in all honestly, he may not have the best demeanor but he's a very nice guy. Maybe you shouldn't expect him to swoon you but if you're kind and courteous, he will repay it. That's all I got to say. Lol! Oh, and yes! I will go to that place again!”
