The attendant is friendly, knowledgeable, patient, and understanding, providing excellent and helpful customer service. The attendant is efficient and thorough, explains things well, and enjoys being of service. Customers report always being helped and having vehicles found for them, even when busy. The location itself is easy to reach, though the sign is only visible when pulling into the storage lot.
No Hurtz went out of their way to make our rental perfect. They were on time with working equipment. Everything exceeded our expectations and I know they will exceed your expectations too. Fantastic job as the contract matched our expectations, the pricing was competitive and we got a great deal.
