This U-Haul Neighborhood Dealer is a very convenient and highly recommended location. The attendant is friendly, knowledgeable, patient, and understanding, providing excellent and helpful customer service. The attendant is efficient and thorough, explains things well, and enjoys being of service. Customers report always being helped and having vehicles found for them, even when busy. The location itself is easy to reach, though the sign is only visible when pulling into the storage lot.
Michael's customer service skills are second to none. He is skilled at his craft and knows how to advise a customer well. This is our second time in the past two years to use this location. We come back because of Michael. Keep up the good work Michael!
