She called and reminded my husband exactly what he needed and to make sure we were attending the appointment.I thought I had all of the correct documents but they waited for us to submit one last document, so we could open our accounts that day. They worked with us and stayed open 40 MINUTES after they closed.We've never banked with Chase but after our experience yesterday and seeing our accounts online today. I realized this is the BEST bank out there. Both helpful, and technology wise.I'm a tough cookie and they handled everything professionally.
