“I love this place. I've been banking there for years. They know you by name and spend a lot of time with you reviewing options when it comes to taking out a loan. The credit card rate can't be beat. They've even called me when a payment was late to see if I want to pay it over the phone. You get to speak with real people, not just recordings. We've had several car loans and an equity loan through them. Their rates are very competitive.”

I came in with an issue with over 10 items I wanted to dispute and she took her time and filled disputes for every charges I had problems with. “Good Evening Google Family. This is my very first time visiting this location of Citizens. They had a drive through ATM which many people were taken advantage of. I utilized the ATM that was in the front. I was glad to see that. Of course someone was using it because I took too long to get out of the car. But then it was my turn and I spoke to the young man who had used it before me. I conducted my transaction and away I went. I had a great experience here and I would like to come back again. “This location is essential for the community in terms of convenience. We need Sunday hours back. The Automated Teller machines have improved immensely. Negative comments from over 1 year ago are no longer valid because the basis for those comments have been cured. Staff is comprised of very nice individuals.”

She helped me in more ways than one and explained everything perfectly and I truly felt she had my best interest in hand and I’ve never felt so comfortable with getting a loan and dealing with my credit before in my life.
