He took the time and got us measured on the bedmatch machine, and explained why certain beds fit us and others don't. We had the pleasure of finding just the right furniture, after having visited three different stores that day. Tom was professional, helpful, and very engaging. His approach to sales was very appreciated; not high pressure, but treated us with friendliness, humor, and respect. “Live in Philly and needed an accent chair for my apartment so I went to Furniture barn. They had a wide selection to choose from and I was able to take my time and find the one that suited me. They offered to deliver the furniture, but I was able fit the chair in my SUV and because of that didnt have to pay sales tax. If I ever need furniture I'm going back to furniture barn.”

“The prices are amazing. Choose this location to save on taxes since I previously went to their location in New Jersey for a full set of kitchen appliances last year. I also didnt get a protection plan, which was almost 50% of the cost of the refrigerator I bought that day. While you may find mom and pop appliance sellers who do scratch and dent, the items here are in nearly flawless condition. Which is why I passed on an expensive protection plan. Will definitely be back.”

This time I ordered a couch and dining set and they are both beautiful and I am already getting plenty of compliments. The customer service from UFO is top tier. Tasha greeted me as soon as I walked in and helped me pick out everything I needed. I had plenty of questions and she didn't hesitate to answer every one of them. She kept me up to date on my order, delivery, and followed up afterwards. On the day of delivery, I received a text prior to arrival and a call when the delivery driver was outside. I ordered the delivery and set up package and I am very pleased with their service. The guys did a great job setting up quickly and were very nice. I cannot say how much I appreciate the team at UFO. Lots of stuff arranged very attractively with best prices I have seen for similar items! I talked to a couple of customers and Jennifer who was working there and almost decided to move to town right there and then! Everyone was so nice.It is a wonderful place to pick up beautiful home decor, fun gifts, and trinkets. One of the customers I spoke with was picking up inexpensive things to hand out to random strangers she meets just to brighten their day. I learned about the coolest bags from SeaBags there. I know what my beachy friends are getting for Christmas! It will be worth the trip back to The Saltbox.I definitely recommend to anyone and everyone visit!”
