“I recently found myself in a tough spot while traveling alone with my newborn. I needed to use a U-Haul, but when I went to hook up the trailer, I couldn’t find the trailer wiring harness on my Forrester. I’ve never towed anything before, and with my husband currently serving in Iraq, I was feeling lost and overwhelmed.

A mechanic came out to check my car right away. He crawled underneath and took a good look at everything. To my relief, explained that there was no reason to replace the hitch, saving me not only a hefty bill but also a massive headache.

It was such a relief to find someone who genuinely cared and wasn’t trying to take advantage of my situation. It reminded me that there are still good people out there who want to help rather than just make a quick buck.”

Then they asked where I worked, I told them the hospital about 20 minutes away, and they said they could drop off my car at work and pick up the rental and did so about 30 minutes later. It looked like new and they did all the calibrations for the sensors. They were absolutely amazing!”
