They have a lot of patience.
Some of the things The Bank of Delmarva offered Link Bank does not offer.
Such as saving accounts for kids must start with a $200.00 deposit.
Before a kid could go in with their birthday money & learn to save.
I won't leave the Bank. It's close and convenient.
Plus, they have never made an error in all the decades I've been with them.
They have helped me through my errors.”

“its a good bank it just stinks you can't get a balance off the card or speak to anyone after 5pm... unless you want to shut the account down. i get it your a 3 county bank... but still i should be able to speak to a live person regarding what little money i do have that goes in yet goes rite back out the next day ... wow.
anyway thank you though you all have went above and beyond your expectations for me and i seem to have to call alot n get my balance be4 it goes negative... lol.

“I've been with this bank since it was mercantile. I've only had minor issues since it has been pnc. I will say, that they need more tellers to help speed things up though. I have waited up to 20 minutes or so just to deposit a check. The door greeter position should be replaced with another teller. Also, the customer service line needs to be improved. It takes forever to speak with someone about an issue.”
