“This store is staffed by considerate workers who treat customers as thought they would want to be treated.They go above and beyond trying to find tge goods, or services the customer want, I also found the tool rental department to put safety first, in the care of tge customers needs.As a site safety supervisor in NYC I was pleased to see they know their tools, machines and were clear on safety instruction.”
“Lee and the manager (sorry for forgetting your name) were very helpful with my payment issue. I didn't want to lose my lease. I used my membership benefits. I talked probably too much, but I had to vent. They were very knowledgeable and helpful. I can't understand how this store gets negative reviews. Note: Don't come to Aaron's with an attitude about a payment you owe, but talk to the staff as if You work there and come to a peaceful compromise.
