“This store is staffed by considerate workers who treat customers as thought they would want to be treated.They go above and beyond trying to find tge goods, or services the customer want, I also found the tool rental department to put safety first, in the care of tge customers needs.As a site safety supervisor in NYC I was pleased to see they know their tools, machines and were clear on safety instruction.”
“Lee and the manager (sorry for forgetting your name) were very helpful with my payment issue. I didn't want to lose my lease. I used my membership benefits. I talked probably too much, but I had to vent. They were very knowledgeable and helpful. I can't understand how this store gets negative reviews. Note: Don't come to Aaron's with an attitude about a payment you owe, but talk to the staff as if You work there and come to a peaceful compromise. “I recently rented a truck from this Home Depot. The only issue was that the truck was only at about half a tank when I picked it up. However, the staff was very understanding and helpful when I ran into a situation that caused me to return the truck later than expected. They worked with me and only charged me for the one-day rental, and I just had to replace the gas to the same level it was at when I received it. I really appreciated their understanding and willingness to work with me. Great customer service, and I would rent from this location again.”
