Pharmacy Drive thur is a joke. The one employee that she takes way too long to take care of one car. Inside they have one cashier at the pharmacy and lines away to long. Plus after their lunch Break they hardly ever open back up on time. Bad customer service!!

The worst, I ordered a prescription refill. 1/2 hour prior to the time I was to pick it up, I received a text stating from the pharmacy, that they are out of it and it will be a couple of days before it will be back in stock. I cannot go without this medication.
When I tried calling, I was told that they were at lunch, and that I could only leave a message.
Ridiculous
I am terrified.

The 2 Ladies that were helping me the other day were super cool. I figured I would shed light on that! Plus Sis was smelling real good! Thanks Yall!
When I do pickups for the Pharmacy I always prepare to wait. I get it, just some people should understand you must be patient.

Horrible customer service. You cannot reach a person in the pharmacy to save your life!!!!! They're consistently getting my prescription incorrect and I have to repeatedly have it resent. There is absolutely NO COMMUNICATION!!!

Worst CVS I have ever stepped foot in. Waited 20 minutes just to find out that they messed up my daughter’s prescription. They send me to a different line to identify the error and once the pharmacist (Mike Baker) fixes the issue he then sends me back to the back of the line to get my medicine. As I stood in line watching him treat other human beings like trash. He should find a different profession.

Great people... Relatable and courteous. My only gripe is PLEASE even out the pharmacy hours... One set time every day of the week let's say 7... Every day. Overlap the lunch breaks as to not have to close... Far better than the crazy hours and closed midday.

We came to cvs to get a passport photo at 745 thinking we’d be in & out, WRONG!!! There was one girl working at the register even tho they have 2 self checkouts. We stood there waiting for 20 minutes
