“I walked in with no appointment. In 2 to 4 hours, my phone was not only repaired, but I got a email and text message telling me so. The staff is very knowledgeable on replacing broken screens. I didn't think my flip phone (Galaxy z flip 5) screen can be replaced since I broke it really bad. But I received five star service and my phone is back online! Thank you, asurion and uBreakiFix!”

“I have been a regular customer since 2024, with about seven orders placed so far. I can say that I moved to Magnum from another dealer, which is currently in litigation with Motorola, and this is, of course, a completely different level. Everything is serious, clear, and well organized. They have many employees, and everyone stays in touch. All products are always new and fresh. They also have promotions, probably vendor-backed ones. Either way, they are available, and you can sometimes buy something for about 10% less. I have only two complaints. The first one is the inconvenient online checkout, which gives an error with my card even when all card details are entered absolutely correctly. The second one is the situation when I have a better offer and I am ready to move my entire order to Magnum, but the manager replies, “No, there are no discounts or coupons available.” At that point, I go to another dealer and buy part of the order there, and the rest from Magnum. I do not really understand the reason for such sharp replies, meaning the unwillingness to offer a discount or match a competitor’s price. I tried asking whether this could be checked with management, and I received a short “no.” So I work with Magnum, but I also continue working with other people I have known for 10 to 20 years. They complement each other. I cannot fully switch to Magnum because of their rigid and dry “no” responses. Apart from that, they are excellent people. They are located close to me, and packages arrive in 1 to 1.5 days. A big hello to my manager Erica, and to Julie from accounting, who often helps me with manual payment processing. Keep growing and become more flexible, guys, and I will be 100% yours. For now, I am partly yours!”
