Professional, knowledgeable and helpful. I was impressed. The customer service is A1. You may have to wait a bit for your turn but it's worth the wait. I believe this place is definitely for me. I would recommend if asked.

Prefilled claim with Assurion, smooth process with options of store location or at home repairs. I went in on a Saturday afternoon. The customer service and support were senior citizen friendly, polite, informative, welcoming and a complete positive experience. I highly recommend these technicians.
