Me and my wife been going to Liberty tax the last few years with our tax preparer Marqua and our experience is always great she's very helpful very good at explaining things so we fully understand and she's very good at what she do and she knows well what she's doing. As long as she's working there we will always go to Liberty tax and we will always recommend people to her

Very unprofessional. Made appointment 2 weeks in advance, drove 30 minutes, walked in, got told they couldn't see us at our appointment time with no reason given and wanted us to sit for up to 3 hours to wait??? No apology, no call prior to our arrival to reschedule, nothing. So rude and just disrespectful of our time. Do not recommend. ****Update: The owner reached out and made this issue right with us. Very much appreciated this. The staff we worked with were nice as well.**** Changed rating from 1 star to 4.
