The store is a smaller Lowe's but has almost everything needed for most improvements. The location is fully staffed with associates except in flooring. Associates provide a wonderful home improvement experience and great help. They take the time to explain products, walk customers to the aisle, and help find items. They offer helpful suggestions that can save money and improve projects. Staff, including managers, are happy to help load items and even assist with checking out and bagging. While there can be a wait for an employee in some departments, they are very helpful once they arrive. The app is usually up-to-date with inventory and item location. Moments of kindness from the staff are greatly appreciated, making the shopping experience great.
Went to lowes in Dover tried to buy something dewalt on sale. Tool persons told me to take tag to cashier, cashier told me to go back to tool section.
