Residents enjoy individual gas heat/electric cooling forced air systems, wall-to-wall carpeting, dishwashers, refrigerators, stoves, garbage disposals, and window treatments. The community is equipped with smoke detectors and carbon monoxide detectors for safety. Residents praise the leasing agents, particularly Jacquelyn, Jackie, and Donte, for their knowledgeable, helpful, and welcoming customer service throughout the leasing process.
