No customer service. Waited over 7 min with no one saying a word to me. I got money out of the ATM which was less than what I needed, yet I felt unimportant so I wanted to get what I could and leave. This PNC in Dover SUCKS!!! Staff has ZERO personality and communication skills.

Best PNC EVER I've always had a great experience here what a pleasure it was meeting Rasta today he was fabulous as are all the employees at this branch the manager Jason has always been spectacular as well!!!
