“I used one of their smaller storage units for about 2
weeks to hold some things in the interim while moving. I have no photos but the staff was pleasant and the units were clean. Of course I had to pay for the entire month even though I only used it 2 weeks.”
“I came in today to talk with Shirley about sizes of units and prices. She was so kind answered every question I had. She was even willing to show me ever size unit she had available because showing the sizes inside I wanted more of a visual outside. She never rushed me or was pushy. I told her I will speak with my husband and come back. She was the sweetest and so welcoming just because of her customer service we will be renting a unit there. The prices we are also reasonable . She went above and beyond making me feel so welcomed. Thanks again Shirley. We will see you this week.”
“Dana and her staff are the beat. I had 1 of their bigger units for 10 years. I had some financial proplems a few times and they worked with me and treated me as a friend/family. Not just as a customer/tenant. Their prices are very fair and the units are well kept inside the fenced/gated facility. AND they keep everything secure with multiple security cameras and a gate that needs a pin code to enter. All & all.... A damn nice place run by some damn nice people.”
“Ruth and the entire crew, there amazing so far. Extremely professional. I have had some storage units in Arizona as well as Las Vegas and Delaware. Hands down the cleanest office. There’s numerous people that actually work in the office. And 24 seven access is very rare to find. Their prices are unbeatable. And the storage units are clean. “I have been renting a climate control unit for 3years it is clean and never had any problems with insects or rodents. I have rented a outside unit in the past no problems. Hope, the manager, is always pleasant and professional. People who complain about rodents stop leaving food in the storage unit 🙄

“Purchased the 100XR LEER Cap for my LB Tacoma crew cab. From the ordering to install, exactly 3 weeks. Price was very competitive with other quotes (lowest price). Install only took 1 hour, easy wait with a Dunkin Donuts almost nextdoor. Staff was friendly during the ordering process and the tech showed me the operation and features of the cap's drop in front window, windoors, light and locks. The LEER cap itself seems well built, color match was perfect. Good experience overall, I would recommend this vendor for truck accessories.”
“Minimum staff on a busy spring Saturday morning dealing with rentals. The truck I had was in rough shape, driver door not sealing at the top, at least it wasn’t raining. AC did not work well. Would never rent there for a long trip, no confidence the vehicle would make it.”
“I have been storing my camper in their gated lot for storage. While more expensive then I think its worth I have had no issues and feel my RV is safe there. The woman at the front desk was friendly and helpful in getting me set up. With the autopay feature I don't need to worry about anything. So far I have no complaints and would recommend for any one looking to rent a parking space for vehicle or RV.”
“My POD was delivered this morning … earlier than anticipated … which was great . During transport across the country items apparently shifted making it impossible to open the POD door. The PODS technician was able to adjust and lift the container to shift the contents away from the door without any damage to the contents. Huge thank you to both Josh and Eugene from the Dover De. location for all of their assistance.
