The owner happened to be there after hours and helped us get our truck. Jennifer was friendly and helpful when we rented a trailer- even though there were 2 other customers she was also handling right before closing.”

“All I can see is a mixture of good, great, and bad reviews on here. But I was here with EmWay Inc for a few months back in 2021. I just wish I could have stayed here longer but the only thing that made me leave was my truck breaking down on me for Dpf issues. They did try to get me to a truck rental company but there was no way for me to get there. So I had to go back to being a company driver else where to save money to pay for my truck repairs. I have nothing bad to say about EmWay at all. They are a great company to lease your truck onto. They are easy to work with and I might be coming back if it’s ok with you guys at EmWay Inc. But it won’t be until end of May or around June time frame.”

“I needed to rent a car hauler for a vehicle I bought locally. Gilbert answered the phone and was very helpful with the questions I had for the rental. When I got there all staff was extremely helpful in loading the vehicle up and getting me on the road in a timely manner! Great customer service, great employees, and I highly recommend this business!”
