“I came to Dicks, as I usually do, for sneakers. The last couple of times I came, I used the kiosk to try on shoes. I had questions about the shoes that the young men couldn't answer. I felt they didn't have knowledge about the shoes they carried.
BUT TODAY! I was greeted very nicely by a young man named Jordan! He asked if he could assist me with anything. I said yes I had some questions about my needs for a shoe. He gave me great information about 3 different brand shoes that could help me! He brought me different shoes to try and it was so helpful! I bought the shoes. I wanted to make sure his store knows what a great young man they have working there in the shoe department. Thank you Jordan!”
