TD Bank receives mixed reviews from customers, highlighting both significant strengths and notable frustrations. Many customers report beautiful experiences with superior customer service, describing the staff as friendly, wonderful, and great. The process of setting up accounts is often noted as smooth, with employees providing clear expectations, warm welcomes, and personalized service that makes clients feel valued and appreciated. Service is frequently described as quick and efficient, whether over the phone, at the drive-through, or in person. However, a common and major criticism centers on the bank's fees. Multiple reviewers express frustration that there are so many fees for everything, describing them as pointless and suggesting the bank should consider getting rid of them. Specific issues with overdraft protection are also mentioned. Furthermore, while service is often good, some customers report isolated negative incidents. These include encounters with staff who were rude or who made errors in transactions, leading to inconvenience and a need to have problems corrected later. One reviewer also notes that employees deserve more pay. Overall, experiences can vary by branch and individual employee, with many customers highly recommending the bank for its service culture despite the widespread dissatisfaction with its fee structure.
Sarah N Guinales if I'm not mistaken a Walet was found at the Walmart restroom where you probably went and left at the front where the returns are made

Just bad customer service but they do have a few good folks like Laura Hoxter but overall TD bank process is lame and they do not deserve the 5 star review for this location due to the manager not responding to emails fast enough.

Courteous service but sometimes crowded to get to a representative.
