“I’ve worked in the automotive/service industry so I know a good thing when I see it. I called for a price, told them I could come right in. The quickest service I’ve ever had getting tires and it was a decent price. I initially was going to buy some used tires but the price was really good. My service writer Chris mentioned they do an overall check on brakes, suspension, etc. They informed me the front pads were a little low and he mentioned they could offer that service. I declined but it was nice they mentioned it and he wasn’t pushy, just looking out for the customer. I would definitely recommend this establishment. I realize my short wait time probably isn’t common due to obvious fluctuations in customer flow but it was nice to win the lottery for quickest service in my personal experience and past professional experience. Good job guys!”

“Overall great experience. I have a specific tire and of course the issue happened on a Friday, so I got it in there in a Monday. Was in and out (this was just a replacement tire and alignment) within 40 minutes. They put my spare back and everything . They were the best price around.I will say small waiting room and didn't notice a vending machine, so if you plan on being there for a little, bring a drink and snack. Or you could walk up the street to some sort of store.”

“I'm a HUGE fan of Sams Club and even bigger fan of their scan and go app. (Which I've seldom had technical difficulties using) No lines. Leave stuff in your cart where you put it! Scan the barcodes on your phone, pay on your phone and go! Done- well almost. You still have to wait in the exit line. Today it irked me. I bought 6 items. SIX. THE DOOR GUARD SCANNED 3 items to 'verify' out of SIX ITEMS. SERIOUSLY!! I didn't buy steak, or high priced items. I had a clearance shirt, a bag of chips, a tub of M&Ms and 3 cases of Pepsi - I MAY AS WELL HAVE GONE THROUGH THE CHECKOUT! We are not from DE, we were in the area and popped in for a few things since it's closer than the one where we live. Great - all the stuff I wanted was in stock, I picked up a shirt (impulse buy). The bananas looked good. The lines weren't long (3pm on Tuesday.) I'd give it 5 stars if not for the girl I had to wait on, and now I know why. I'm glad I didn't have a cart full of stuff I'd still be there! I've typically been happy with all their Meats and members mark items. I will say that the product quality of meat and produce will vary greatly depending on location!”

“The place is a bit cluttered, but if you can get passed that, the service was great, the technician was kind, and quick to get the tire I needed.I bought a used Michelin for $52, balanced and mounted. A downside is they only take cash so make sure you have it but I understand.My used tire is doing fine and I'm back on the road. They were also open until 5PM on a Saturday, awesome!”

“The Store Manager (Colby) was excellent and I had a great experience regarding my car service. My electrical charging system light came on Thursday afternoon. I went right to Sam's Club where my battery was still under warranty. They replaced it, no problem, but it did not resolve the issue. They suggested I go to AutoZone and have them check the codes. AutoZone got no reported codes so they said take it to the car dealer. By that time, it was closed. Friday morning it was snowing so I called the dealer to see if they were open. When I told them I had a charging light on, they asked if my battery was good, I said sure, Sam's Club replaced it the day before. My car dealer said because I did that, they would not service my car. I went on-line, found the Firestone site and made an appointment and got one for same day. When Colby saw it, he called me and said he had a lot of snow cancellations and to bring my car in. I did and they had it fixed (new alternator) within 3 hours!!”
