Explained everything very well and she kept me updated as far as where the technician was at with my car. Sat in their lounge and enjoyed a nice cup of complimentary tea while waiting. Great experience and every company could use a lot more “Cynthia’s” working for them. Winner, you got a good one there. Install only took 1 hour, easy wait with a Dunkin Donuts almost nextdoor. Staff was friendly during the ordering process and the tech showed me the operation and features of the cap's drop in front window, windoors, light and locks. The LEER cap itself seems well built, color match was perfect. Good experience overall, I would recommend this vendor for truck accessories.”
