Took my working laptop in the shop to have a new screen replaced. Replaced screen now laptop does not work at all. No compensation no clear explanation. If I was someone else this would be a major problem, but I wouldn’t recommend and will have terminated any contract with this company.

Great, same day service! I thought my phone was completely dead, but they diagnosed it and found a simple issue to resolve. I recommend their service highly. I feel they treated me very honestly and they provided a great value for the money. I will definitely come back whenever I need tech help.

My grandson wanted a Nintendo Game Cube so we ordered one off of eBay and when it arrived the controller port was messed up. We took it uBreakiFix without much hope considering this system is ancient. We met with a man named, Joe, and what an awesome employee this is for this company. He was knowledgeable, professional, down to earth, and just an overall wonderful guy. He was able to get the Game Cube back in functioning order and our grandson is ecstatic!
We had a very pleasant experience and will definitely be repeat customers. We highly recommend them for all your phone, computer, games system, etc. repairs.

have not yet repaired my PC and have had it in their possession for over a month. Told me that they would keep me updated about my computer after 48 hours back in early september, but i had to call them 2 weeks later for them to tell me that they were “working on it.” Called them again after another 2 weeks of waiting for an update, and nothing. I’ve wasted $50 total for a signup fee (24.99) and a monthly charge (24.99) for no update on my computer and nothing but silence. DO NOT go to this place, they will up charge you and ignore you

I walked in certain that I was going to pay a mortgage payment to get my very cracked camera fixed. But your guys rocked it and found much less horrible problem. I am grateful! Joe and his colleague were ultra kind and helpful. Grateful for them!!!
