Love ulta because I love the environment and the makeup and stuff. But some of those workers could learn to fix their attitudes like today. But there was one lady that does eyebrows there, I think her name is Jasmine? beautiful person inside and out. Had a 2 min conversation with her and I could tell immediately. Hope she’s chilling. But idc abt the others.

Bria was wonderful! I’ve honestly never received such great customer service at Ulta. She was so patient and knowledgeable and I left satisfied with SEVERAL products because I completely trusted her. I will be back!!

Bria Bria Bria!!!! She made my day I walked in to ULTA feeling so defeated because , having so much trouble finding my right shade in foundation. Bria was an angel! She was so sweet, beyond patient, and extremely knowledgeable. She provided me with several options, listened to me, and exceeded my expectation! She went above and beyond to meet all of the needs I came in with. I walked out so happy and satisfied!!!

I love Ulta and go there pretty often. Recently when I went in Bria assisted me and she was the sweetest!! So helpful and knowledgeable. Took her time to match me and answer questions. Will definitely be looking for my girl when I go back!!

I went in to get some foundation and apparently they have an issue with color matching for brown women. The cashier (Mexican and short) came from behind the counter and asked the White woman if she could assist and they gave each a smirk and one rolled her eyes and the cosmetics woman left. Mind you I don’t need their help I can match perfectly fine. If you can’t or dont understand how to do your job McDonald’s is always looking for a fry person
