Attitude from cashier when you decline giving phone number, email, etc for loyalty program. Misdirected anger. If management is pushing loyalty program get mad at policy not customers who don't want to join. Rewards program isn't all that for an infrequent shopper. Shouldn't have to give personal info for $8 cash transaction. Then lies and says need info to make future return even WITH receipt.

Just drove 30 mins in rain to do a return and the store is CLOSED- it’s 6:53pm on a Saturday 1/6/24 no sign explaining or nothing. Waste of my time.

I have been a Ulta Cardholder since 2014 and have always been treated decently and respectfully by all of the Ulta staff. Today, December 19, 2023 I had a horrible experience with a young lady named Amber, at the Dover, Delaware store, who identified herself as a “Manager”. She was rude and spoke to me in a condescending manner over a curbside order.I couldn’t believe her disposition which was Horrible! To be a Manager she should be ashamed… her customer service skills were Absolutely Awful to the point that the customer behind me stopped me in the parking lot about the way she spoke to me. He said he was going to complain. I’m in the process of preparing my letter of complaint against her to the store General Manager and Corporate with detailed information regarding how I was treated.I will not be returning to the Dover,Delaware store as long as she is employed there due to poor treatment. Beware of Amber, and if you’ve been mistreated by her I highly suggest you complain as well to the General Manager & Corporate because she (Amber) is a poor representation of Ulta.

Currently closed without warning or updating store hours online. This has happened multiple times before and is ridiculous for those that drive just to come to this store. Atleast update online hours so people know not to make the trip.

Amazing customer service! I was very nervous coming in today because I have not done make up seriously in a very long time. I'm a work from home and go to the gym kinda gal and rarely make time to go out! We got invited to go out with some friends this weekend and I had NO make-up, not even the basics. So today I met the WONDERFUL Erik. He made me feel seen! I didn't feel judged not knowing make up terms or what to do or look for. He made wonderful recommendations that did not break the bank and did so effortlessly!! I was in and out in less than 15 minutes. Erik deserves ALL the raises and praises!! Thank you for making my first night out in forever easy! I can't wait to use my new products and look goodt!! ?? ASK FOR ERIK IF YOU NEED HELP HERE!

My experience today in Ulta was a very rude cashier, talks to you in any way she wants to in front of other customers in a very disrespectful way. There are other options to buy make up. She did not want to help me on the floor with the make up. Very rude.

I purchased foundation that I thought matched my complexion. When I tried the product at home, it was definitely off color. I used it a few times and also bought a second one at the time because I just applied for their credit card and took advantage of the 30% off. About a month later I returned both and received full credit, they looked up my purchase history and I was able to choose a color that was doable

Ask for Erik to match your foundation! He is an expert and went above and beyond more than any other store rep I’ve ever come across at Ulta.
