I'm having issues with my phone. My phone was hacked. We have an Xfinity account so I stopped in to see if they could fix it. We got waited on right away. But we were told that they couldn't help me. We were told that Best Buy maybe able to help.

Always a long wait, just like when you call for technical assistance. I often feel like they need to pay me with all the waiting I've had to do for them over the years. They make SOOO much money off of their customers they can afford to have more staff working on the weekends especially. Do better Xfinity.
