I was greeted when I walked in and in about 5 minutes I was speaking with someone about my issue. Very prompt, professional service. The assistant was very knowledgeable and solved my issue.

I was in and out in 5 minutes! I needed to get a new router, and I was helped instantly. I only gave the 4 stars because I pay $260 for cable and internet without premium channels.
(I must be insane!!)
