“We traveled early on a Friday from NY with an SUV full of packed moving boxes expecting to shop around the area and wait for access, we were pleasantly surprised and impressed with the kind, efficient and thoughtful service from Robin and staff. We were in and out in an hour enabling us the enjoy a fantastic weekend in coastal Delaware.”

“We had a storage unit here for 5 years and 100% recommend their services. Hope, the site manager, is extremely helpful, knowledgeable and kind. She is quick to return calls, answer questions and help with any issues.
The units themselves are accessible and maintained. The sliding locks on the doors are not rusted or broken, which is a problem at other storage companies we have used. The gate is always in working order and the area is well lit.
Prices are fair and getting a unit is fairly easy. We only closed our unit because we were finally able to get to sorting and cleaning out the items in it. If you need storage in the area, absolutely look into their location!”
“Easy access to storage units and very clean. However, when it comes to using a padlock, if you are using a combination padlock with numbers at the bottom, it is hard to twist it up to see and position the numbers because of the design of the sliding bolt.”

“They had the lowest rate for a climate controlled unit, which is what I need, and Brian is a super cool guy. Everytime I've had an issue (which is always my own fault lol, I've had no problems from sentinel) he helps me out and does it with a smile. Highly recommend.”
