“The crew here is always helpful! I needed wipers for my 4Runner. 24” drivers side 20” passenger. Drivers side went on easy. Passenger side had me thinking I was an idiot. Went back into the store and the clerk could tell I was not a happy camper. Turns out I took the wrong 20” wiper. Easy exchange and 5 minutes later I’m set. Thanks!”

“I came into oc on vacation and my alternator broke. Tried call advance auto parts, but I was on hold for 30 minutes. When I got through, they said there system was down. So I called carquest and talked to Jason. He ordered my part for the next morning . when I got there the pully was wrong. He let me use there tools to change it in the store. Then he gave me and my wife a ride back to the hotel so I could get up and running. Jason is a first class person who went above and beyond what he had to do. I would highly recommend this store.”

“I do love this place, very rarely do i not find what i need. They are helpful. The reason for my 4 star is ive bought some tools andThe nut driver kit I purchased had some kind of manufacturing flaw that included 3 of the same hex drivers(9mm I believe?), i was able to return them with no real issues. I keep all my tool receipts just incase. The break line wrenches I bought are not very accurate(10mm+11mm) strips the brass fittings. So honestly its not their fault but i am still upset i had to waste time.”
