“I am extremely satisfied with my experience with First State Collision. Pierce , the Estimator was Professional and Knowledgeable with all sorts of High Tech Software that communicated directly with my Insurance Carrier. I was given a date when the work was to be started and when it would be completed. Confession, prior to entering the Office I took a peek in to the shop through a small window and was impressed with how neat and clean it was , The work was completed a day earlier than estimated. Now this was not a 123 and finished. A huge truck and I side swiped each other requiring new doors quarter fender etc. yet when the work was completed
you would never know it was hit, alignment, paint etc like new. I
highly recommend Pierce and First State Collision.”

He was able to have GM replace the dash at no cost, a very surprising outcome having an expired warranty. The entire team stepped up and delivered. Excellent customer service.”
